F. J. Bergmann

F. J. Bergmann writes poetry and speculative fiction, often simultaneously. Work has appeared in Asimov’s, Expanded Horizons, Horror Garage, Strange Horizons, Weird Tales, and a bunch of literary journals that should have known better. Out of the Black Forest (2012, Centennial Press) won the 2013 SFPA Elgin Chapbook Award and “Guests” won the 2012 Rannu Speculative Literature Fund award for poetry. “Eating Light” won a 2008 Rhysling award; “Pale Horse” won the 2006 Mary Shelley Imaginative Fiction Award. The editor of Star*Line, the journal of the Science Fiction Poetry Association, and the poetry editor of Mobius: The Journal of Social Change, she frequents Wisconsin and fibitz.com.
